Everyone has got their own way to kickstart a day! While some of us crave a hot cup of coffee/tea in bed, others look out to discover a healthy method for the same. Having a warm glass of water is one of them.
We have been discussing the importance of water since childhood, on how its intake is mandatory to keep the body hydrated and going. But, warm water! We never really discuss its role towards keeping ourselves healthy, which is by-the-way, the most crucial one.
So, here we are, trying to do the undone and hence discovering some amazing facts and benefits of kickstarting a day with warm water. Hop on, who knows you might want to reconsider your morning habits after giving this blog a read.
1. Happy Digestion:
Out of all the known facts, the improvised digestive system is the most common and beneficial one. People nowadays, including myself, are used to consuming junk food in their day to day life. This results in the stacking of some indigestible oils in our stomach; hence constipation, or bloating or whatever you call it.
Warm water, under such circumstances, proves to be savage by dissipating the food and flushing the toxins out of a person’s body. No matter how hard it looks to naturally dissolve and digest them, warm water does it all. In fact, it is recommended to have a warm glass of water with your meals, so as to aid digestion. I mean, you can at least try not to grab that refreshing cold glass of water, for the sake of your own stomach. I don’t do that, but I am surely going to give this thing a try.
2. Bye-Bye Fat:
Half of the world, nowadays, is concerned about the fat they are carrying. While making their way towards different diet plans, they often miss out on one of the best remedies towards weight loss, i.e. warm water. Based upon a number of researches, it has been concluded that a warm glass of water every morning can help a body activate its metabolism. This in turn results in the removal of more calories. What else would you want?
3. Help with Pain:
Aches and cramps, like problems, are too common among today’s generation. With no regard to anyone’s age limit, this pain results in making them grab a pain-killer or else. Because obviously who would be happy living with an ache?
Anyway, what we don’t know is that there are still some other solutions residing out there, for now, which would only be named as Warm water. Drinking a hot or a warm glass of water while in pain would help you find relief by soothing and relaxing your central nervous system. In fact, it is recommended to drink more amount of warm water when you know the day is going to be difficult. Yeah, you got it, ladies!
4. Say hello to the Adorable Skin and Hair:
Remember the moment you told your parlor lady to keep the makeup as natural as possible? Or maybe adding some extensions to make your hair look heavy? Well, there’s nothing wrong with that, but just so you know, drinking a warm glass of water can help you with glowing adorable skin and healthy hair.
Astonishing! Isn’t it? How on this earth can a mere glass of water do all this? Well, it can. According to the study, it has been found that drinking a hot glass of water can energize the nerve endings in the roots of the hair, resulting in activating them towards growth. On the other hand, toxins are believed to fast-track the signs of aging, which comes to a halt with the consumption of hot water. The reason being its capability of flushing the toxins out of your body.
Well, that is it. I am no doc, so I seriously don’t know if a warm glass of water would work for you the same way or not, but it definitely will make you feel refreshed in the morning. So, let’s just for the sake of our refreshment, add this hot glass of water to our routine from now on. Shall we?
